Pay and Collect & Other Info

 We do not generally deliver. You are buying products which will be put in a locker on our farm, for you to collect later.

 As a guide, items will be placed in the Click and Collect lockers within 24 hours, although sometimes this may not happen.  We will email or text once the items have been put in the locker.  The items will remain in the locker for 7 days.  If they are not collected, we will refund using your original payment method.

For refills, we will send a locker code within 24 hours, and aim to refill within another 24 hours.  We will email or text once the refilled container has been put in the locker for collection.

If you cannot open your locker, please phone 07802 612206 and we will come and help.  Sometimes this may not be immediately.

 Availability

As we are an artisan miller and oil presser rather than a factory, there may be some occasions when an item is not available. If this happens we will try and contact you to arrange an alternative by the email address give. 

We reserve the right to cancel an order without liability if necessary.

Payment

All prices are listed in GBP, and some may include VAT, which is displayed and charged at the current rate. Payment is taken as the order is placed.

Payment may be made online by credit/debit card using our secure-payment  gateway operated by Stripe. This ensures that all your information is protected and encrypted and you will be directed to the payment gateway for payment to be made. We do not have access to any of this information. Payment will be listed as made to Eckley Farms.
Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us by email or telephone. We reserve the right not to accept any order.

We always try to ensure that your products are supplied to you in the best possible condition. If you think that the goods are damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please inform us by email or telephone within 24 hours, or ideally phone 07802 612206 on collection – we might be able to put it right straight away if you’re still on the farm.  We may request that the items are returned to us.

Privacy Policy & GDPR Regulations

We use information collected on our website in accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 and any other laws and regulations within the UK for the protection of data. We will not disclose your data to any other parties. Any data entered onto our website via purchasing, such as name and address, will be stored via secure websites and encrypted before transfer.
